Currently, we are recruiting for the following positions.


Junior Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and managing incoming calls
  •  Telecalling
    • Maintaining privacy of the database provided for telecalling
    • Segregating the data as per different heads, requirements, criteria and maintaining sheet for the same
    • Making introductory calls and then giving subsequent follow-ups till the lead is converted or closed
  • Presenting with project description and providing work status of the project to existing clients
  • Working on any promotional activity decided by the management

Criteria

  • Experience of 0 – 3 years
  • Fluency in English/ Marathi/ Hindi
  • Computer and internet research skills
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as external clients and vendors

Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Same as those of Junior Sales Executive
  • Supervising Junior Sales Executives and Housekeeping in the absence of Management.
  • Having advanced computer skills with the ability to train other in system use
  • Handling administrative responsibilities

Criteria

  • Experience of 2 – 5 years
  • Fluency in English/ Marathi/ Hindi
  • Computer and internet research skills
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as external clients and vendors

Assistant Sales Manager

Should be able to deal with real estate development, business developments, business strategies, market research, sales management, CRM, Market analysis, competitive analysis, business analysis, strategy, real estate transactions, key account management, MIS/WIS start-ups, strategic planning, relationship management, lead generation, brand management, contract negotiations, sales operations, coordination with channel partners, product marketing, market planning, portfolio management, forecasting, project planning, team building, operations management, sales presentations, channel sales, direct sales, pricing, public relations, strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Sales Manager
  • Presentation of sample flat and all the details to the clients
  • Working on all contracts and related forms assigned by senior sales staff
  • Keeping records of sales productivity
  • Working with the sales team to improve performance and to target potential clients to achieve target
  • Reporting about sales activities to sales manager and top management
  • Following up for scheduled payment dues
  • Expertly handling computers for MIS generation

Criteria:

  • Experience of minimum 3 – 6 years in real estate
  • Work area – past experience should be in Mumbai and surrounding suburbs
  • Age between 25-35 years
  • Performance and target oriented

Sales Manager

Should be able to deal with real estate development, negotiations, business developments, business strategies, team management, market research, sales management, CRM, Market analysis, competitive analysis, business analysis, strategy, real estate transactions, key account management, MIS/WIS start-ups, strategic planning, relationship management, lead generation, brand management, contract negotiations, sales operations, coordination with channel partners, product marketing, market planning, portfolio management, forecasting, project planning, team building, operations management, sales presentations, channel sales, direct sales, pricing, public relations, strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings
  • Assigning floor duty and open houses
  • Approving all contracts and related forms signed by junior sales staff
  • Keeping records of sales associates’ productivity
  • Working with sales staff to improve performance and terminate unsatisfactory performers
  • Interviewing and hiring new sales executives if necessary
  • Developing company-wide marketing and overseeing advertising placement and budget
  • Resolving disputes, if any, among sales staff
  • Reporting about sales activities to the leadership

Criteria:

  • Experience of minimum 5 – 8 years in real estate
  • Work area – past experience should be in Mumbai and surrounding suburbs
  • Age between 28-40 years
  • Performance and target oriented
